Inspirational ideas
There are so many ways that you can raise money for SAVI, you can be as creative as you like.
Here are some ideas to help get you started. All you have to do is decide how much to charge people to be part of the fun!
- Raise your Glasses – We're toasting Louis Brialle's Bicentenary but you can say cheers to whoever or whatever you fancy!
- Quiz night – pretend you're Chris Tarrant for a night and invite teams to enter.
- Sports day – get some teams together to enjoy some old-fashioned fun in the park.
- Black tie ball – put on your best frock and dinner suit for a fabulous night of glitz and glamour.
- Guest speaker – invite a guest speaker to give a free talk to your social group or in a local hall.
- Auctions and raffles – ask friends, family and local businesses to donate goods, which you can then raffle or auction.
- Bingo night – a great night out and a simple way to raise money.
