I started working at SAVI in November 2008 to head up the new fundraising team, develop new income and increase the awareness of SAVI. Initially my career began in PR & Marketing and I've been working in fundraising for around twelve years. I'm a member of The Institute of Fundraising and I also volunteer for the Scouts Association as a Beaver Group Leader!
The new team here at SAVI consists of myself, Carol Hunt - the new Community Fundraiser, and Mike Coffey who is our event fundraiser. We're organising lots of events and developing lots of new fundraising initatives so do check out what's going on!
As a team, we are looking at lots of different ways to fundraise so we can maintain and hopefully expand SAVI's services for visually impaired people. So have a look at the volunteer pages and give us a call if you can help us make a visible difference in Surrey.
